Kathy Jack has been a part of Cedar Springs bar industry for over 30 years, 20 o that with Caven Enterprises. For many years she was an organizer for The Alan Ross Texas Freedom Parade. She started as a volunteer with The Alan Ross Texas Freedom Parade and then joined the Dallas Tavern Guild in 1986; becoming the first female President of the Dallas Tavern Guild. She is back as General Manager of Sue Ellen's. When people talk about Kathy Jack, one word always comes through: Respect. She has earned every bit of it. The men and women of our community, of all ages, love her. She's always sharing the gift of leadership with others in an unselfish mannner. We, as a LGBT community, are honored to have her represent us.
