Jake Mangum tells his story for Outrageous Oral, Volume 18, October 15, 2015, in the Willis Library at UNT in Denton. Outrageous Oral is a quarterly evening of poignant memories and stories from Dallas' GLBT past. The Dallas Way is committed to our mission to gather, store, organize, and present the complete GLBT history of Dallas, Texas.

Jake Mangum is the Project Development Librarian for the Portal to Texas History at the University of North Texas Libraries. In this role he works with partners in the creation and digitazition of historic collections.
