Mark Arthur Shekter has served fiver terms as President of the Oaklawn Committee and a Past member of the Oaklawn Forum. He is a past president of the Stonewall Professional Business Association, hosted the first fundraiser for The Dallas Way and is a founding member of the North Texas GLBT Chamber of Commerce. Mark was the Creator of MOM (Meals on the Move), the first meal program in the late 80's serving over 200 meals a day to PWA's (people with AIDS).
