"THREADS OF REMEMBRANCE"

Please join us at Dallas City Hall for the official opening reception for the month-long exhibit "Threads of Remembrance" co-sponsored by The Dallas Way, the LBGT Employee Association of Dallas, and the Special Collections Department of the University of North Texas Libraries.  This exhibit tells the story of the devastating impact of the HIV/AIDS epidemic in Dallas in the 1980s and 1990s.  Speakers will include Dallas city officials and representatives of The Dallas Way: a GLBT History Project, 

The one-hour reception will include the unveiling of the Pride Flag, signaling the beginning Pride Month in Dallas.  Light refreshments will be served.
